I have never ever played a single Final Fantasy game (though I have watched FFVII: Advent Children, not that that counts), but I love love love the piano collection versions of lotsss of the songs. (again, I like a certain piano cover of too.) I've never actually played this game, but I love this theme. Let me know if you're interested in the piano cover link though. (I kinda like a certain piano cover of it, that I'm semi-learning, but I'll post the original. I could go on with Zelda themes, but I swear I have variety 3 Gerudo Valley (Second favourite Zelda theme ever) (This version is godly) This version is awesome, and I wish I hadn't misplaced this CD.īallad of the Goddess (Best theme from Skyward Sword) Great Fairy's Fountain Theme (Zelda save screen theme) Video game music is actually my favourite genre. Oh man, am I excited to post a butt ton of things here. Hopefully this will encourage more posts and help keep the thread alive! I also encourage everyone to play the games mentioned (except La-Mulana, trust me). I guess it's only fitting that I post some songs that I've found really good over the times, so: Even my GCN is the Pokémon XD Edition.Īnyway, thanks for all the awesome tracks, guys! I recognize a few of them and have checked out the ones that I don't.

Radiant Historia: Shadows Dance in the Darkness (Yoko Shimomura)īlah, this post got way too long and kinda out of hand, like every time I try to list anything

Run Past Through The Plain (Masaharu Iwata)įinal Fantasy VIII: Premonition (Nobuo Uematsu) Suikoden III: Complex Thoughts (Michiru Yamane) Reminiscence (Miki Higashino/Tappi Iwase)Ĭarried on Rippling Waves (Miki Higashino/Tappi Iwase) I wanted to link some Symphony of the Night as well, but apparently Konami (or someone else) is squashing all Youtube uploads of the game's OST for some reason (while ignoring the OSTs of other Castlevania games). I like Chapel of Dissonance (by Soshiro Hokkai) and Successor of Fate (?) as well. Yeah, the game's scratchy, blaring synth makes this somewhat hard to listen to, but I enjoy the composition quite a bit. Super Castlevania IV Dance of the Holy Man (?)Ĭastlevania Harmony of Dissonance: Offense and Defense (Soshiro Hokkai/Michiru Yamane) Such a beautiful, serene, melancholic song - it makes you appreciate the things around you. Xenogears: Shevat - the Wind is Calling (Yasunori Mitsuda) It's mysterious and unstable, but to me it feels ultimately comforting. The atmosphere of this tune is fantastic. like it could never run out of energy, reminiscent of Mokou herself.Ĭhrono Cross: Ancient Dragons' Fortress (Yasunori Mitsuda) Touhou 8 - Imperishable Night: Reach for the Moon, Immortal Smoke (ZUN) I love the dynamics of this piece and the way the different tracks work together. La-Mulana: Interstice of the Dimension (Naramura) Name of the Game It's From: Spyro the Dragon Name of the Music Track: Entire Spyro the Dragon Soundtrack
